Assistant Finance Manager _ KSA

** This position is to be based at our offices in KSA**
1.- Maintain strict control over cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash. 2.- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing of the book of accounts. 3.- Supervise the integration of financial statements, according with the "GAAP": Balance sheet, P&L, Statement of cash flows and Chances in Equity. 4.- Assist the audit process and be in charge of delivering an opinion financial statements. 5.- Tax Planning & ensure timely compliance of statutory obligations like - various tax returns, TDS, VAT etc. 6.- Co-ordination of the Internal Audit process, definition of dates and analisys of the results provided by the Internal Auditors. 7.- Check, verifying and depositing of various direct and indirect taxes before their due dates. 8.- Manage the day to day cash flow and project the cash needs of the company. Identify surplus or deficit balances and take the decision to invest or take a loan according to the situation.
9.- Negotiation with the financial institutions the withdrawal of funds: tenure and interest rate. Negotiate the comisions and other fees with the financial institutions.
10.- Revenues daily reconciliation and daily reporting of the cash position of the company, including accounts receivable's aging and coordination of the collection activities. Timely rollover of the existing loans and interest payment.
11.- Coordintate the integration of the annual budgets and forecasts. To liaise closely with Cross-functional teams to monitor and control departments spending against budget, identifying areas of over/under spend.
12.- Co-ordinate and update the Capex Budgets for various units and monthly expenditure forecasts.
13.- Identifying and developing potential vendors in the region, implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans for commodities and ensuring that plans are aligned with all contractual & statutory requirements while ensuring project schedule.
14.- Responsible of the inventory management and cost control of all the locations across the region. To define and control the inventory levels cinema wise and forecast the weekly inventory needs. To coordinate the monthly closing and inventory reconciliation. Identify areas of opportunities to control the COGs.
