Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Painting Foreman in supervising daily painting activities.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Ensure proper surface preparation, painting, and finishing as per standards.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Enforce safety standards and proper use of PPE among painting staff.
  • Support scheduling, task allocation, and progress reporting.
  • Inspect completed painting works and assist in rectifying defects.
  • Train and guide painters and helpers as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical certificate or diploma in painting, industrial coatings, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting.
  • Experience in supervising or leading painting teams is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of paints, coatings, surface preparation, and spray techniques.
  • Good communication and basic supervisory skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and quality requirements in industrial environments.
