Key Position Requirement:
·The ideal candidate must have an outgoing and pleasant personality with skill to deal with guest situations and complaint resolution.
· Provide professional and personalized service to all guests, VIP's, Long Stay guests and repeat guests.
·To be proactive in ensuring the guest satisfaction delivered in highest standard for the service.
·Must be approachable, sociable and well presented.
·Has 2-3 experience with the same role in a 5* International Hotel
·Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Opera/Micros system.
