Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To assist Senior staff to carry out Preventive / Corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule / Work order / instructions of the foreman / supervisor as per the service standards of the Company & as per the guidance of the foreman / supervisor
  • To assists Senior staff to Maintain / Trouble shoot / attend to complaints relating to maintenance & equipment such as Air Handling Unit (AHU), Fan Coil Unit (FCU) DX Units, Assists the team work etc. as per the work order assigned by the foreman/ supervisor
  • Promptly assists to attend assigned work orders or complaints received by phone calls. Take immediate action to respond in order to resolve complaints / execute work order so as to ensure minimum or 0 % downtime
  • Promptly assists to carry out all duties and responsibilities allocated / assigned by the foreman / supervisor and complete them within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Turn Around Time's (TAT's)
  • Be responsible for the safe custody & maintenance of equipment, tools, spare parts and materials in personal custody provided by the Company for work purposes and returning the old spare parts to the and materials in personal custody provided by the Company for work purposes and returning the old spare parts to the foreman.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Basic knowledge of AC units, HVAC systems

* Basic knowledge of tools used to repair the units.
