Key Responsibilities
- Verify and audit all daily revenue transactions from Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other operational outlets.
- Reconcile daily revenue reports from PMS and POS systems such as Opera and Micros to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Check and validate room rates, discounts, complimentary stays, and rebate approvals per hotel policy.
- Review cashier reports and ensure cash and credit card transactions are balanced and deposited correctly.
- Prepare and distribute accurate Daily Revenue Reports to management on time.
- Monitor and report irregularities in postings, refunds, and adjustments to the Income Auditor.
- Assist in compiling revenue summaries for month-end closing and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and secure filing systems for all income-related documents.
- Liaise with the Night Audit team to investigate missing or incorrect postings.
- Support both internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation when required.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in income audit or revenue control within the hospitality industry.
Working knowledge of hotel accounting systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, and Sun System.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy in financial work.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
