Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for import/export files.
- Prepare and classify documents (invoices, delivery notes, customs files, correspondence).
- Track orders, deliveries and exchanges with suppliers/customers.
- Managing calls, emails and internal coordination.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support or import-export.
- Good command of office software.
- Sense of organization, rigor and ease of communication.
