Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for import/export files. 
  • Prepare and classify documents (invoices, delivery notes, customs files, correspondence).
  • Track orders, deliveries and exchanges with suppliers/customers.
  • Managing calls, emails and internal coordination.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative support or import-export.
  • Good command of office software.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and ease of communication.
