Position Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The contents of the job for the team are described in the enclosed flow chart.
Responsible for the training and coaching of his/her team according to the standards agreed upon within the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the training of his/her team in obtaining the necessary specific skills and demands needed as a sales/service consultant.
Expected to set the qualitative standards for the operation and work within the team.
Expected to work out the administrative procedures to facilitate the job within the team to ensure promptness and accuracy towards customers and in-house colleagues.
Expected to work with the same tasks as the Sales executives are.
Shall always maintain a good teamwork with other departments and look upon every meeting/event as a project .
The project consists of different people from different departments and an important task is to give them all relevant information.
Responsible as a support for all reporting, monthly forecasts, etc. as the leader of the team.
It is expected that he/she the hotel standards of operation and departmental procedures, health and safety regulations, the standards for being able to operate as a leader.
