Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - Business Planning to support the strategic planning and business development initiatives that will shape the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the development and execution of comprehensive business plans, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and operational goals.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, allowing them to contribute significantly to our dynamic planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of business plans and strategies that align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather data and ensure comprehensive input into business planning processes.
- Prepare and present reports that summarize findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate assumptions with internal teams.
- Monitor the implementation of business plans and track performance metrics to ensure objectives are being met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business planning processes and templates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business planning, analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with market research methodologies and tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
