Designation: Assistant Manager-Exports (South East Asian Market)

Job Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities
• Achieve 100% sales target in the territory assigned (South East Asian Market).
• Research and explore potential Asian market and prepare timely report on geographical location basis and identify the untapped potential market
• New market development in the assigned territory
• Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
• Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
• Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.
• Participate actively in new product launches and propose ideas and methods that require a holistic go-to-market approach as per category introductions for the assigned region.
• Participate actively in selecting New Product based on the international/regional market trends from time to time.
• Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
• Interfacing with corporate for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product.
• Managing major Key Accounts in and around the assigned region
• Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
• Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
• Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners/Distribution Network across assigned region.
• Ensure rules & regulations, proper documentation & procedures are followed as prescribed by concerned departments / authorities in various Asian countries for all import/export consignments and payments.
• Commissioning & launching new channels as per company standards, monitoring day to day operations.
• Guiding and training Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.

The Applicant should be ready to travel for business requirements.

• A high caliber Male Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of prior relevant experience
• Should have traveled to international locations for business requirements.
• Drive for results
• Excellent understanding of the marketing mix
• Proven ability to develop market.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
