Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage cash flow projections and analyze variances to optimize working capital.
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors.
  • Evaluate financial performance by conducting detailed variance analysis and identifying trends.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is essential for the role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are crucial to execute tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
