Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Discovery & Relationship Building
- Lead & execute 360 MUA strategy for the brand by identifying and engaging with emerging and established makeup artists globally, especially those with standout artistry or strong digital influence.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with MUA talent across all tiers.
- Develop and maintain a global roster of key artists, collaborating closely with regional markets to spotlight new and rising talent.
Partnerships & Engagement
- Drive meaningful collaborations between Huda Beauty and MUAs through product launches, events, content, and campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Influencer, PR, and Brand teams to develop personalized seeding and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate artist involvement in shoots, branded content, masterclasses, event appearances, and co-branded partnerships
- Ideate and execute bespoke product kits and mailers for MUAs to drive brand love, social buzz, and product advocacy.
- Create strategic campaigns and opportunities to help engage MUAs in core product categories to drive brand awareness, authority, and loyalty.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for MUA partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
- Maintain strong artist relationships through ongoing support, creative opportunities, and exclusive activations.
- Track relationship engagement performance to identify key opportunities for long-term partnerships.
Insights & Reporting
- Monitor social reach, content performance, and emerging beauty trends to inform talent strategy.
- Support data tracking and reporting to measure ROI and performance of artist collaborations.
- Deliver clear recaps and actionable insights from artist activations to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
- 4+ years' experience in influencer, celebrity, or talent management - ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven success leading large-scale campaigns or experiential activations; MUA-focused events are a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of social and digital media, influencer ecosystems, and the professional MUA landscape.
- Strong network of media, talent, and influencer contacts.
- Excellent relationship management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Confident communicator with a solutions-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Multilingual and global experience is a plus.
