Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Risk management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, methodologies, and policies. Conduct risk assessments and monitoring activities to identify and evaluate risks.

Compliance:

  • Support the drafting, review, and updating of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Perform periodic compliance audits and monitor adherence to policies.

Process improvement:

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Internal controls:

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

Reporting and data analysis:

  • Conduct analysis, create reports on risk and compliance issues, and provide updates to management.

Training and support:

  • Assist with the education and training of staff on GRC programs. Provide day-to-day support to business units on risk and compliance issues.

Risk mitigation:

  • Help identify measures to control and mitigate identified risks and non-compliance occurrences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk, or compliance/controls roles. Experience with risk assessment and compliance audits is required. Experience in Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Quality Assurance Review would be beneficial.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree is required in a related field like information technology, finance, or business.

Technical knowledge:

  • Familiarity with GRC and COSO frameworks, regulations, and relevant software tools is a strong plus. Experience with IT audit or cyber-specific areas can also be beneficial.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration and presentation skills are required.
