The Assistant Manager - Housekeeping is responsible for effectively and efficiently manage and supervise the entire housekeeping department and its sections to provide full working order guest rooms and housekeeping services to ensure utmost comfort to customers through effective coordination with cross departments such as Engineering, F&B, Sales and Front-Office.
Minimum Requirements:
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• 1-2 years experience as Assistant Manager Housekeeping or Assistant Executive Housekeeper
• Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any education
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Very good decision making, organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
• Ability to motivate, lead and empower the team members
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
