Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive team performance.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and protocols while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training programs for team members, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet targets and improve outcomes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team-related issues, providing support and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing team performance and strategic insights.

  • Supervise scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow and meet business demands.
  • Assist in budget management, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or assistant management role to demonstrate capability in leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to critically assess performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
