The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the senior management team by supervising staff, organizing work schedules, and maintaining quality service standards. You will act as a liaison between team members and management, ensuring that operations run smoothly while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
  • Coordinate and schedule workload to meet business demands while maintaining productivity.
  • Implement company policies and ensure team adherence to operational standards.
  • Support in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality service is consistently provided.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting and reporting organizational performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate organizational goals and updates.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance through mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Liaise with other departments to optimize organizational strategy and operations.
  • Collate data and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and organized mindset.
  • Proficiency in using office software and management tools, such as MS Office.
