Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential restaurant locations. • Support lease negotiations and finalization of agreements. • Help manage renewals, terminations, and property handovers. • Maintain accurate lease documentation and reports. • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams. • Conduct site visits regularly (driving required).
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of leasing or real estate experience (F&B or retail sector preferred). • Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Good knowledge of UAE real estate and leasing processes.
