Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor freight costs and negotiate with shipping lines to ensure competitive pricing.
Coordinate with CHA for timely and accurate documentation and customs compliance.
Prepare export documents and follow up on GST refunds and government incentives.
Maintain detailed records of all shipments, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
Ensure timely product availability by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Manage warehousing and fulfillment services via third-party logistics partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods.
Maintain strong customer communication to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics, especially export operations.
Strong communication skills with experience in international coordination.
Well-versed with export documentation and government regulatory processes.
Residing in or willing to commute to Andheri (E), Mumbai.
