Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing conventional and digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand equity.
Design and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, proposal templates,
service catalogues, and email campaigns.
Handle social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with regular posts to enhance performance and ROI.
Coordinate with internal customers to build campaigns to highlight success stories and leverage social media to create employer branding and attracting talent.
Maintain the company website (ibexmanpower.com), in terms of regular updates including content posting, and SEO performance improvements.
Contribute to the group company digital development initiatives & management.
Plan and execute participation in industry exhibitions, recruitment fairs, and B2B networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

Bachelor s degree/MBA in marketing, Digital/Brand Management, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in marketing including 3-4 years in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of marketing management best practices, social media platforms and digital marketing
applications
Proficient in assessing effectiveness of ROI on marketing/digital marketing initiatives
Strong conceptual, communication, presentation and public relation skills.
Familiarity with marketing/digital marketing & data protection regulations in the UAE.
