Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute allocation strategies for seasonal products, ensuring alignment with assortment and demand plans.
- Build and maintain inventory and replenishment plans based on store capacity, delivery frequency, and stock requirements.
- Prepare replenishment order - creation and execution to ensure timely stock availability across all channels.
- Manage markdowns and promotional stock pushes to align with sales and clearance objectives.
- Balance inventory across stores, DCs, and MFC to optimize ISA (in-stock availability).
- Support sales planning and OTB by collaborating with Buying, Finance, Retail, and Ecommerce teams, leveraging data, market insights, and supplier inputs.
- Own and maintain Monthly Sales and Stock Intake (MSSI) plans to optimize stock levels and maximize sales/margin.
- Partner with Buying and Trade teams to execute markdown strategies, managing aged stock while maximizing sales and gross margin.
- Monitor and manage OTB to ensure effective budget utilization and highlight risks/opportunities for seasonal trade.
- Track and manage aging stock, Return to Vendors, improve liquidation processes, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support adherence to the critical path by tracking key milestones from OTB to end-of-season actions.
- Coordinate with brands and logistics ensuring timely arrival of merchandise from origin until destination.
- Ensuring master data and product listing is accurately maintained in the system in coordination with buying & MDM
- Replenishment of PLV materials to the stores & MFC ensuring availability
- Collaborate closely with Retail Teams and Logistics for smooth business operations
What you ll need to succeed
-2+ years experience in merchandise and supply planning or allocation, preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries.
-Hands-on expertise in supply planning tools, such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or equivalent system would be plus
-Proven ability to manage replenishment planning, stock transfers, and markdown execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
-2+ years experience in merchandise and supply planning or allocation, preferably within retail, fashion, or FMCG industries.

-Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and replenishment strategies to support operational goals.
