• Assist registered nurses and doctors by performing basic patient care tasks.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, behaviors, and healthcare changes.
• Support patient hygiene by helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming tasks.
• Ensure patients receive their meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain patient rooms and healthcare environments for optimal care.
• Transport patients and equipment safely within the healthcare facility.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate changes to senior staff.
• Assist with the collection of lab samples under the direction of registered nurses.
• Adhere to healthcare protocols, procedures, and safety measures at all times.
• Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.
• Attend continuing education sessions to stay current on medical practices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team in planning and evaluating patient care.

• Completion of a recognized nursing assistant training or certification program.
• Previous experience working as a healthcare assistant or similar role preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Strong observational and organizational skills to manage patient care tasks.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving patients.
• Empathy and patience to provide compassionate care in various situations.
