Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operational activities across branches or departments
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks and schedules
Support in monitoring attendance, duty timings, and staff deployment
Follow up on maintenance, housekeeping, and operational requirements
Help in stock coordination, material movement, and inventory tracking
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Coordinate with different teams such as sales, warehouse, admin, and customer service
Ensure proper implementation of company procedures and operational standards
Assist in handling vendor coordination and service follow-ups
Support event or branch setup requirements when needed
Maintain proper records, documents, and operational checklists
Report any operational issues to management on time
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
Organized, responsible, and able to work in a team
Immediate joiners will be preferred
