Assistant Outlet Bar Manager

Working as a Assistant Outlet/Bar Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining IHG s True Hospitality service behavior. You will lead the day-to-day team with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager. You ll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of energetic F&B attendants to Make Our Guests Smile;
• Delivering exceptional guest and dining experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
• Support initiatives of the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure departmental goals are met and exceeded;
• Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure service is seamless and organized;
• Rostering, recruitment, onboarding new hires are all part of the day-to-day;
• Drive employee satisfaction through coaching and creative engagement activities;
• Purchasing and ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
• Multitasking to oversee restaurant, bar, room service and conference and events spaces.
