Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of paper cup machines, ensuring efficient production runs and minimal downtime.
- Monitor machine performance, promptly addressing any issues like paper jams or misaligned components to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to keep machines in optimal condition.
- Load paper rolls and other raw materials onto the machines, ensuring a continuous supply for uninterrupted production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Basic mechanical aptitude, indicating a fundamental understanding of machinery and tools.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, showcasing familiarity with production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams, facilitating effective machine operation.
