Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers of raw materials, components, and services, specifically for air conditioning manufacturing.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to delivery, ensuring timely supply of materials for production schedules.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the air conditioning industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and favorable terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CPSM or CIPS, demonstrating professional procurement knowledge.

  • Has a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the air conditioning manufacturing sector.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of air conditioning components, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
