Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in the ventilation fan manufacturing industry – this is mandatory.
• Must have a complete understanding of ventilation fan products, including selection parameters, assembly standards, and testing protocols.
• Experience in dynamic balancing, airflow testing, and system integration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and documentation control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced, evolving manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, supervising, and optimizing daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and output goals.
• Oversee shop-floor activities including fabrication, assembly, performance testing, and final inspection.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and quality control processes.
• Manage and maintain accurate production documentation, quality checklists, and test records in line with ISO and AMCA standards.
• Collaborate with the design, procurement, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and enhance production efficiency.
• Evaluate material inputs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and availability.
• Lead team training initiatives, enhance workforce capabilities, and foster a high-performance environment.
• Contribute to process improvements, waste reduction, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Support strong alignment between production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure on-time and compliant delivery.
