Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, practical instruction, and academic support across the undergraduate program in Physical Education and Sport Science. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills, a commitment to student-centred learning, and a passion for promoting health, fitness, and sport education. The selected candidate should be able to teach one or more of the following courses:

  • Sports coaching (theoretical and practical)
  • Sports Biomechanics
  • Performance Analysis
  • Sports Management

Teach undergraduate courses in areas such as Physical Education, sports coaching, and related disciplines.

Conduct practical sessions and field-based activities that enhance students applied learning.

Engage in research and scholarly activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification:

  • PhD in Physical Education and/or Sport Science .
  • Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level.
  • Evidence of professional engagement in sport, coaching, or physical education practice.
  • Strong research record.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience integrating technology and digital tools into teaching.
  • Familiarity with international standards in sport science education.
  • Certification in coaching, or fitness instruction.
