Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project management activities to ensure alignment with project goals, schedules, and quality standards
- Manage and control project communications to maintain transparency and timely information flow among stakeholders
- Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure on-time submission and compliance with contractual and technical requirements
- Implement and monitor project quality management processes and documentation
- Prepare and maintain regular project reports including progress updates, risk logs, and budget tracking
- Support stakeholder engagement and coordination across the project lifecycle
- Provide direction and support to project team members to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Skills Set
- Strong working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BIM and digital project delivery tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in infrastructure projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering or a closely related field
- Minimum five years of experience supporting or managing infrastructure projects in a multidisciplinary environment
- Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead capacity and coordinate teams effectively
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure delivery
