Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule. - Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
Lead, plan, co-ordinate and manage all Uwainat Project related activities in the El Bunduq field, ADNOC Das island and any other location where Uwainat Project facility will be located.
Ensuring successful completion of Uwainat Project by achieving targets established by the Company, Shareholders’, and Governments. Accomplish technical difficulties as per defined HSE and Quality standards whilst execution of the Uwainat Project to ensure adherence to contractual terms with contractor and in alignment with Bunduq’s requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education / Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
REQUIRED: 15 years’ experience in Project Execution, with at least 8 years in senior supervisory positions, with Solid knowledge of oil and gas industry practices, regulations, and standards.

Tendering & contracting management
Budgeting and financial performance
Knowledgeable of contract development and UAE laws & regulations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
