Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management activities to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage and control project communications to maintain transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow among stakeholders
• Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure timely submission and compliance with contractual and technical requirements
• Implement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications
• Prepare and maintain regular project reports including progress updates, risk registers, and budget tracking
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Assist senior project management staff with coordination across disciplines and project interfaces

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure projects
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental considerations in infrastructure development
• Exposure to digital tools such as BIM is an advantage
