Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and company HSE regulations.

  • Liaise with authorities and obtain necessary approvals to enhance safety.

  • Conduct quarterly Safety Committee meetings, daily toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

  • Organize mock drills and emergency exercises, defining staff roles and responsibilities.

  • Implement and promote 5S practices and maintain firefighting systems.

  • Lead 24×7 terminal operations, guiding Shift In-Charges and ensuring operational readiness.

  • Review operational plans for pipelines, tank farms, and truck/rail loading/unloading.

  • Coach and evaluate operations and maintenance teams, ensuring competency and statutory compliance.

  • Manage contractor performance and enforce QHSE policies and PTW systems.

  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions.

  • Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and environmental compliance.

  • Maintain QHSE documentation, reports, and performance records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience from the Oil Terminal is preferred.

  • Should have experience/ knowledge in operational plans for pipeline receipts, tank farm management, truck/rail loading and unloading
