Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a young dynamic resource who is responsible to support the Sales of the company. The ideal candidate must have experience of a minimum of 3 years preferably in the Financial Services industry. The position reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Individual & Corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and remittance & Foreign Currency requirements.

Identify and prospect potential Individual & Corporate clients, conduct presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific remittance needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.

Coordinate with Branch team to develop the business through branch network.

Stay up to date with our remittance products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively articulate the benefits and advantages of our offerings.

Achieve the desired market share, budgeted profit, revenue, profitability and transaction counts.

Ensure that all transactions and interactions with clients adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management. Prepare regular reports for management.

Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Establish objectives for new Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention & Customer Reactivation by analyzing market trends.

Analysing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability and achieve the company s objectives.
