Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Aware of schedule/roster well in advance of its published date and maintain correct timekeeping
• Facility upkeep and maintenance management.
• Establishes weekly/monthly duty rosters for the entire Security department.
• Ensures daily briefings 3 times per day.
• Conducts regular meetings of the Security section.
• Maintain and review logbooks for day to day operation and follows up on all tasks.
• Directly responsible for all activities of all security personnel.
• Ensures together with his team that the security of the hotel premises and employee facilities is guaranteed 24/7.
• Coordinates with outside police agencies in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc., involving the hotel, its employees, and guests.
• Prepares incident reports.
• Ensures that all incidents and issues are recorded and properly followed up on.
• Liaises with all department heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to the established security procedures.
• Carries out random checks of security points and hotel premises on a regular basis (minimum of 5 per week on different shifts) and reports results to the Director of Human Resources for follow-up.
• Is fully responsible for all equipment entrusted to him and his team and that it is kept in perfect working condition always.
• Ensures that the Command Centre is manned 24/7.
• Monitors surveillance systems and records all incidents and occurrences.
• Ensures that the security post of the employee compounds is manned always.
• Ensures mobile units of security personnel, patrol all areas as required and that patrol sheets are being verified daily.
• Carries out other duties that may from time to time be assigned to him by his superiors.

• Security industry experience in managerial capacity

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good grooming standards
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Previous experience in same or similar role
• First Aid
• Fire fighting qualification
• IT proficiency
• Fire combat training
• Compouter Literate Skills
• English skills
• Hoel Backgound
• Saudi National
