Analyze operating reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Assist store manager to execute location’s sales plan and performance targets.
Continually train and coach staff in order to achieve company standards.
Maintain inventory and stock presentations throughout the store.
Regularly review cashier shift sheets and records as directed by the store manager.
Report any issue of misconduct to management or the appropriate authority.
Two years experience in same field.
Root cause analysis and problem solving.
