As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in the educational and personal development of students. Your primary responsibility will be to support the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging and effective learning activities that meet the curriculum guidelines. You will assist in creating a nurturing and safe learning environment, facilitating student engagement, and encouraging independent thinking. Your keen observational skills will help identify each student's needs, enabling you to provide tailored support and feedback. Additionally, you will communicate with parents and educators about student progress and areas for improvement. • Assist lead teacher in delivering engaging and effective instructional activities.
• Support the implementation of lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teacher and parents.
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Facilitate group activities and hands-on learning experiences for students.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of instructional materials and resources.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress when needed.
• Implement classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior.
• Collaborate with lead teacher to assess and address diverse student needs.
• Take on substitute teaching responsibilities in the lead teacher's absence.
• Support students with special educational needs by providing tailored assistance.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.

• Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Patience and creativity in engaging and motivating students to learn.
• Ability to assist with lesson planning and classroom management effectively.
• Basic understanding of instructional strategies and educational tools.
