Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of technical equipment, diagnosing faults with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment operates optimally and minimizing downtime.
  • Follow detailed technical manuals and schematics to execute repairs and installations accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced techniques and develop expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory, contributing to organized operations.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, offering clear and concise guidance.
  • Calibrate and test equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the IT or manufacturing industry is preferred, showcasing relevant industry knowledge.
  • A citizen or permanent resident, with no specific nationality preference.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are beneficial.
  • Exhibits strong technical skills in hardware diagnostics, software installation, and network configuration.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
