Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
-
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO effectively.

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agenda materials as required.

Assist in planning and executing company events and executive off-sites.

Collaborate with other executive assistants to streamline administrative processes.

Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO with discretion.

Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders accurately.
-
Conduct research and gather data to support the CEO s decision-making process.

Ensure the CEO is briefed and prepared for meetings and conferences.

Oversee projects assigned by the CEO and ensure timely completion.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives in the organization.

Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner.

Provide support on personal and professional matters as needed by the CEO.
Requirements
-
Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field required.

Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting C-level executives preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and executive scheduling software.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
