Operational
• Conduct general communication tasks for the entire L&D department.
• Provide & maintain systematic administrative support on office management.
• Assist in the management of the internship program for Omani nationals & attend to welfare issues of the trainees
• Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriated..
• Prepare & maintain trainee s files, progress reports, attendance records & medical formalities.
• Prepare monthly HRMIS reports together with other monthly reports required by the company
• Assist in all related job/tasks that may be assigned and as required by Vice President Learning & Development
