JOB PURPOSE
Ensure constant monitoring of strategic projects and
alignment with the corporate strategy.
Support the successful delivery of programs undertaken by
ALDAR through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure constant monitoring of projects / programs to meet the organization goals and
requirements.
• Establish PMO stakeholder management plan and implementation of the communication
framework.
• Implements and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies.
• Establish links between department s initiatives and corporate strategy.
• Review and filter projects that are operational and strategic in nature.
• Review the proposed allocation of resources against each submitted project.
• Identify risks associated with projects, formulate mitigation plans in conjunction with
the business owners.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved
budgets.
• Coordinate with People and Performance on the status of approved projects in the execution
phase.
• Participates in the monitoring of Projects that may consist of a variety of innovation
challenges including brand-led innovation, new business creation and strategic
development.
• Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management
disciplines and approaches.
• Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best
practices in project management
• Develop positive relationships with department leaders and key stakeholders to enable
the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects.

YoE/Qualifications/Skills
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 8 years related experience.
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
• Min of: N/A
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Experience in project management within a large retail asset
preferably in the GCC.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Ability to liaise, influence and
interact effectively with various internal divisions
Excellent leadership and time
management skills

skills
Excellent negotiation skills
