Position: Associate Director Fraud & Risk Control
Formulate policies and strategic programs to understand the risk, mitigate loss and to support revenue growth that comprehensively cover Companys products and services
Managing the incident reporting and Investigating any cases of actual or suspected fraud and non compliance to the Organisational Procedures
Develop necessary systems and processes to flag fraud cases, prevent occurrences and review flagged orders on the internal system.
Develop necessary programs to continuously educate the internal and external public on Fraud and Risk exposure
Monitor and identify patterns within fraudulent activities and develop proactive measures to mitigate the risk
Ensure evaluation of effectiveness of fraud detection systems and strategies.
Develop a solid understanding & implementation of various risk/fraud mitigation tools & techniques
Research on latest fraud Detection and Prevention methodologies, certification procedures, device recognition processes, digital security options and so on to ensure ongoing enhancements to prevent potential risk or fraud exposure
Manage fraud by creating and managing fraud data, rules, reporting and governance procedures
Create and implement an organisational level Risk / Decision Model creation and on-going improvements
Place necessary mitigates to minimise the Organisational risk be it financial, reputation or technological.
Learn how to think like a fraudster and identify risks, exploits, and points of attack
