Position Overview
Associate Director Infrastructure Projects Dubai, UAE will oversee the design and delivery of major infrastructure works linked to the expansion of Dubai Festival City. The role includes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical oversight of roads, tunnels, bridges, and utilities. Acting as the client-side senior manager, the position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

What You ll Do
* Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in line with leadership vision
* Oversee procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project goals
* Guide infrastructure design standards and input to RFPs, tenders, and consultant assessments
* Review and manage design submissions for utilities, roads, and civil works
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, authorities, and project management consultants for approvals and delivery
* Track utilities and ensure provisioning aligns with masterplan requirements
* Conduct technical reviews, presentations, and progress reporting for senior management
* Support construction delivery teams with site administration, authority engagement, and approvals
* Act as the primary client-side interface for design, planning, and execution matters
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in utility infrastructure or civil engineering
* Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East
* Strong knowledge of wet and dry utilities, civil works, and Right of Way standards
* Skilled in managing consultants, stakeholders, and authority approvals
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
