As an Associate in Fleet Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our fleet management. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the fleet, maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations and logistics of the vehicle fleet.

• Schedule and monitor regular maintenance and inspection of all fleet vehicles.
• Analyze fleet performance and devise strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle usage and maintenance history.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Optimize routes and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Provide training and support to drivers to enhance operational effectiveness and safety.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to reduce operational costs.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for fleet expansion and improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on fleet operations and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in fleet management or operations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and related computer applications.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and industry regulations.
