Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care across all channels, personalizing interactions and resolving complex cases professionally
  • Drive sales opportunities by sharing product knowledge and increasing units per transaction across channels
  • Brief and debrief interns daily, ensure follow-up actions, and support learning on new procedures and updates
  • Use CRM and e-commerce systems accurately, maintain data confidentiality, and comply with policies and procedures
  • Prepare weekly social media insight reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, and return issues seamlessly
  • Train, coach, and manage customer care representatives, fostering a collaborative and development-focused culture
  • Follow schedules and forecasts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service levels

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in sales and retail, preferably within FMCG, department stores, or travel and leisure environments

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with high accuracy in written and verbal expression

Solid technical capability and understanding of premium customer expectations

Commercial mindset with a sales-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills

Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and energetic team leader
