Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely and accurate maintenance of accounting records
- Ensure smooth monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Prepare financial reports that accurately reflect business performance and financial position
- Support preparation of annual budgets and business forecasts
- Monitor departmental budgets, implement control mechanisms, and take corrective actions when required
- Lead General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Project Accounting activities
- Coordinate timely payments to trade and non-trade suppliers
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Handle additional finance-related tasks with flexibility and initiative
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role
- Retail sector experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely with internal teams and senior management
