Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new PCG clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Assist in developing Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, Mandate Letters, and related origination documents.
  • Help prepare for client pitches and negotiations alongside senior team members.
  • Address clients day-to-day banking needs with support from team members when required.
  • Ensure client satisfaction remains high and contributes to target NPS results.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, credit, international banking, and other business units.
  • Support divisional and bank-wide initiatives as assigned.
  • Follow all policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines to ensure controlled and consistent operations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of credit, operational, and compliance risks within the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage daily administrative and transactional activities including documentation follow-ups and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure internal processes for existing and new clients comply with bank standards.
  • Handle KYC and AML requirements in line with the bank s policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Ensure timely submission of credit reviews and fulfill all agreed conditions.
  • Maintain client files and documentation with strong audit standards.
  • Meet KPIs related to ORM, BCP, compliance, and internal audit.
  • Produce accurate periodic reports and statements for internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in corporate or investment banking.
  • Basic understanding of the corporate and investment banking environment.
  • Knowledge of FAB s products, business strategy, and customer segments is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple units.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Skilled in financial statement review and basic credit analysis.
  • Strong data analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
