Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new PCG clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Assist in developing Term Sheets, Information Memorandums, Mandate Letters, and related origination documents.
- Help prepare for client pitches and negotiations alongside senior team members.
- Address clients day-to-day banking needs with support from team members when required.
- Ensure client satisfaction remains high and contributes to target NPS results.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, credit, international banking, and other business units.
- Support divisional and bank-wide initiatives as assigned.
- Follow all policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines to ensure controlled and consistent operations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of credit, operational, and compliance risks within the assigned portfolio.
- Manage daily administrative and transactional activities including documentation follow-ups and pipeline updates.
- Ensure internal processes for existing and new clients comply with bank standards.
- Handle KYC and AML requirements in line with the bank s policies and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure timely submission of credit reviews and fulfill all agreed conditions.
- Maintain client files and documentation with strong audit standards.
- Meet KPIs related to ORM, BCP, compliance, and internal audit.
- Produce accurate periodic reports and statements for internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in corporate or investment banking.
- Basic understanding of the corporate and investment banking environment.
- Knowledge of FAB s products, business strategy, and customer segments is preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple units.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Skilled in financial statement review and basic credit analysis.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
