Roles & Responsibilities
Performs a variety of structural engineering duties.
- Performs a variety of structural engineering duties.
- Responsible for the development of structural analysis and design computations, drawings, material quantity take-offs, and estimates.
- Under close supervision in the utilization of engineering theories and practices, develops the creation of engineering products that meet customer quality requirements.
- Performs various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a four-year university engineering program, and available data in the engineering field.
- Provides support for other engineering activities as required.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Working knowledge in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages associated with structural modelling is preferred
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is an advantage.
- Versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills.
- Experience with CSI Bridge, SAP2000, Midas Civil, and Autodesk Structural tools.
- Familiarity with structural modeling and design of bridges and tunnels.
- Presentation and technical reporting skills.
