Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of cash balances and prevent financial errors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.
Holds relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise in accounting.
Has 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, providing practical knowledge and experience in financial processes.
Exhibits a strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), enabling efficient and accurate data entry and analysis.
Logistics Experience preferred.
