Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise mechanical maintenance of conveyors, crushers, screens, and other plant equipment.
  • Ensure smooth operation of waste segregation plant machinery.
  • Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance.
  • Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Manage the maintenance team and allocate daily tasks.
  • Maintain safety standards and follow plant procedures.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for efficient plant performance.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Waste Management / Recycling / Process Plant / Industrial Plant
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Team handling and reporting skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5-10 Years
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
