Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines.

Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively.

Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.

Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards.

Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards.

Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently.

Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting.

Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities.

Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the department.

Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records.

Monitor material consumption, production output, and stock movement through SAP.

Prepare daily production reports, downtime reports, and shift reports.

Provide proper operational training to production staff and operators.

Train the team on SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards, and machine operations.

Develop a positive and team-oriented work culture.

Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance on the shop floor.

Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and operational guidelines.

Maintain safe and clean working conditions in the production area.
