Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✔️ Assist in receiving materials and verifying quantities against POs & delivery notes
✔️ Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and placement of materials
✔️ Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards
✔️ Support routine physical inventory and stock reconciliation
✔️ Organize material storage and ensure preservation
✔️ Issue materials accurately as per approved requests
✔️ Prepare goods for dispatch as per schedules
✔️ Maintain store documents — GRNs, issue notes, stock ledgers, bin cards

Desired Candidate Profile

✔️ Secondary School Certificate or Diploma in Materials Management
✔️ Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in the Oil & Gas industry
✔️ Minimum 1 year of MS Office experience
✔️ Ability to read and write English
✔️ Physically fit — able to handle weights up to 25kg and work in hot/humid conditions
