Our Middle East Assurance practice includes over 2,300 people based in 12 countries across the region and is part of PwC s global network that is operating worldwide. PwC Middle East s Assurance practice combines the right mix of human-led and tech powered solutions to provide our clients with quality audits and other risk services that create confidence and impact in our region and across society.

Business Unit Overview

Middle East Assurance Center of Excellence is the PwC ME s assurance alternative delivery setup Since launching in 2013, the delivery center has been providing a broad range of services to the Assurance business enabling growth and value creation by driving new ways of working to deliver quality and operational efficiency.

Our center of excellence was established to help the business meet unique resource and service delivery needs, become more competitive in the market and to enhance our value proposition - to our clients and our people.

Our rapidly evolving delivery center network across the Middle East (Jordan,Saudi Arabia,Lebanon and Egypt) incubates expertise to help unlock new opportunities through collaboration, automation, competency building and skill enhancement.

What is expected from you?

• The role also requires that the candidate is able to collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on the standardised services to ensure they are being conducted in accordance with the user guide.

What You ll Bring To This Role

You are ambitious and get use of opportunities to grow and develop. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates or has 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office tools.
• Working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines a day while maintaining a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different countries in the region on translation projects to ensure they meet the client s expectations.
• Willingness to challenge the norms and to create a cohesive and effective working team.
• Commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
